What are the delivery times?
Delivery time within Greece is usually just 2-5 days, however, in rare cases it could take 7-10 days. Delivery time for international orders is about 8-15 days in most cases, and in rare cases could be up to 3-5 weeks or more sometime during the heavy traffic. Canadian and International orders are subject to search by local customs authorities which can delay delivery by several weeks.

What is your return policy?
A: We do not cover return postage. Please contact us within 10 days after item received, our customer service will work out a solution such as (refund, store credit, and etc).

Q: What happen if the received item was damaged?
A: Please contact us right away. After when we receive the item, since most of the jewelry are unique, we will repair it and send it back to you, if item is not repairable, we will offer the option of store credit or full refund.
